Co-Host Invitation

The Organizing Committee of the PIBACC 2025 would like to extend to your university an invitation to participate in the conference as a Co-Host.

Benefit as Co-Host

Responsibilities

  1. Exposure during the conference with the university’s name and logo featured in all conference materials/notifications.
  2. Welcome Message of the university to be listed in the conference book and website.
  3. Complimentary presenters up to five (5) researchers from the university to present their research papers.
  4. Opportunity to review conference papers and get certified (For Faculty of the host university).
  5. Felicitations and certification to conference delegates.
  1. Contribute five (5) presenters with full paper submission based on the published rate.
  2. Contribute two (2) conference session chairs (to ensure conference presenters are on time and present for the session).
  3. Support and promote the conference to attract more participants.

Important Dates for Co-Host

  1. Confirmation (Letter of Agreement) – March 30th, 2025
  2. Payment – March 30th, 2025
  3. Abstract Submission – March 30th – May 18th, 2025
  4. Paper Acceptance Notification – May 28th, 2025
  5. Registration Deadline – June 16th, 2025

Participation Fee

Contribution: *

International – USD 350 (Full Amount)

Including:

  1. Registration fee for 5 papers.
  2. Contribute two (2) reviewers for reviewing full conference papers.
  3. Contribute two (2) conference session chairs.
  4. Publishing Partnership on Sinta Journal (Sinta 2 – 5).
