Registration Flow

Researcher/Presenter

  1. Submit the Extended Abstract formatted according to the PIBACC guidelines available on the official PIBACC website.
  2. Submission is done through the OJS PIBACC portal (submission.pibacc.petra.ac.id).
  3. Participants who have never submitted on the OJS PIBACC portal must create an account first.
  4. After submission, participants will receive a confirmation email containing the “Submission ID” at the registered email on the OJS PIBACC Portal.
  5. The Extended Abstracts will be reviewed, and participants will receive the initial review results and the decision.
  6. The reviewer’s decision can be: accepted (LoA is given) or rejected.
  7. Participants who receive the LoA must make the payment according to the Conference Fee and Payment guidelines listed on the official PIBACC website and keep the proof of payment.
  8. Independent participants (not from Institutions that are Co-Hosts of PIBACC 2025) should register via the Registration Link available on the official PIBACC website by entering the “Submission ID” and uploading proof of payment.
  9. Participants from Institutions that are Co-Hosts will register through a link provided to the Co-Host Institution’s PIC by entering the “Submission ID” and uploading proof of payment.
  10. After completing the Registration Link, participants will receive a registration confirmation email and be officially recognized as participants of PIBACC 2025.

General Participant

General participants can directly register through the Registration Link available on the official PIBACC website by simply filling in the required information and uploading proof of payment.

Cancelation Policy

Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference specialist via e-mail (pibacc@petra.ac.id)

There are no refunds on meeting registrations for cancellations.
