Participants are invited to enjoy conference lunches, dinners, and coffee breaks, which are thoughtfully arranged to encourage interaction and discussion beyond the formal sessions. These social moments create a relaxed environment for continuing conversations, building networks, and strengthening professional relationships.

The forum is designed to support editors of nationally accredited journals in strengthening journal governance, editorial quality, and international visibility. The forum provides practical guidance on best practices in journal management, publication ethics, review processes, and nkstrategic steps toward successful Scopus indexation. Facilitated by Prof. Hiram Ting, the session offers an interactive platform for editors to learn from international standards, share experiences, and discuss common challenges in developing high-quality, globally recognized academic journals.
"In the global theater of organizational sustainability, agility is the script that turns challenges into opportunities. It's the ability to dance with change, to adapt and innovate, that ensures not just survival, but meaningful progress towards a sustainable future for all."
