Co-Host Invitation
The Organizing Committee of the PIBACC 2026 would like to extend to your university an invitation to participate in the conference as a Co-Host.

Responsibilities
- Exposure during the conference with the university’s name and logo featured in all conference materials/notifications.
- Welcome Message of the university to be listed in the conference book and website.
- Complimentary presenters up to five (5) researchers from the university to present their research papers.
- Opportunity to review conference papers and get certified (For Faculty of the host university).
- Felicitations and certification to conference delegates.
- Contribute five (5) presenters with full paper submission based on the published rate.
- Contribute two (2) conference session chairs (to ensure conference presenters are on time and present for the session).
- Support and promote the conference to attract more participants.
Co-Host Investment Fee
Contribution: *
International – USD 350 (Full Amount)
National – IDR 5 million (online), IDR 6 million (onsite)
Including:
- Registration fee for 5 papers (max 10 person for onsite)
- Contribute two (2) reviewers for reviewing full conference papers.
- Contribute two (2) conference session chairs.
- Publishing Partnership on Scopus and Sinta Journal (Sinta 2 – 5).
Additional paper cost IDR 500k/paper
