Registration Flow

Researcher/Presenter

  1. Submit your manuscript through the OJS PIBACC portal (submission.pibacc.petra.ac.id).
  2. Participants who have never submitted on the OJS PIBACC portal must create an account first.
  3. After submission, participants will receive a confirmation email containing the “Submission ID” at the registered email on the OJS PIBACC Portal.
  4. The Extended Abstracts will be reviewed, and participants will receive the initial review results and the decision.
  5. The reviewer’s decision can be: accepted (LoA is given) or rejected.
  6. Participants who receive the LoA must make the payment according to the Conference Fee and Payment guidelines listed on the official PIBACC website and keep the proof of payment.
  7. After completing the Registration Link, participants will receive a registration confirmation email and be officially recognized as participants of PIBACC 2026.

Non-Presenter Participant

The Non-Presenter Participant category is intended for individuals who do not intend to present a paper at PIBACC but wish to attend and fully engage in the conference activities.

 

Non-Presenter Participants are granted full access to PIBACC programs, including:

  • Plenary Sessions
  • Sitting in parallel paper presentation sessions
  • Journal Editor Forum
  • Sitting in Paper Development Workshop

To register as a Non-Presenter Participant, applicants are required to:

  • Complete the online registration form.
  • Proceed with the registration fee payment as indicated in the form.
  • Upload the proof of payment directly within the registration form.

Upon successful submission and verification, participants will be officially registered and granted access to all conference sessions.

Registration Fee

A. Paper Presenter

Payment consists of two components:

  1. Paper Submission Fee

    • National Participant: IDR 750,000 per paper

    • International Participant: USD 50 per paper

  2. Participant Registration Fee (per person)

    • Onsite Attendance

      • National: IDR 400,000 per participant

      • International: USD 25 per participant

    • Online Attendance

      • National: IDR 200,000 per participant

      • International: USD 15 per participant


B. Non-Presenter Participant (No Paper Submission)

Participants who do not submit or present a paper are required to pay only the participant registration fee:

  • Onsite Attendance

    • National: IDR 400,000 per participant

    • International: USD 25 per participant

  • Online Attendance

    • National: IDR 200,000 per participant

    • International: USD 15 per participant


Payment Example (National Participants)

  • 1 Paper + 3 Participants (Onsite)
    Paper Submission: IDR 750,000
    Participant Fee: IDR 400,000 × 3 = IDR 1,200,000
    Total Payment: IDR 1,950,000

  • 1 Paper + 3 Participants (Online)
    Paper Submission: IDR 750,000
    Participant Fee: IDR 200,000 × 3 = IDR 600,000
    Total Payment: IDR 1,350,000

  • Non-Presenter Participant (Onsite)
    Total Payment: IDR 400,000

  • Non-Presenter Participant (Online)
    Total Payment: IDR 200,000


What to Upload

  • Proof of Payment (PDF/JPG/PNG, max. 10 MB)

  • Payment is strongly recommended to be made in one transfer per registration.

  • The number of registered participants must match the number of attendees.

  • Payment discrepancies may result in registration verification delay.

  • By submitting this form, you confirm that the payment amount is correct and in accordance with PIBAC 2026 fees.

Registration Fee Payment

Cancelation Policy

Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference specialist via e-mail (pibacc@petra.ac.id)

There are no refunds on meeting registrations for cancellations.
