Presentation Room Information

Please click the button on the bottom of the page to access the presentation division files via Google Drive. The folder contains separate Excel files for both Online Presentation and Onsite Presentation sessions.

Each presentation category is divided into several rooms with their own schedules, theme, and participant lists.

ONSITE PRESENTATION

The Onsite Presentation sessions are also divided into several physical rooms, such as:

  • and others

Each onsite room includes:

  • Assigned participants
  • Presentation schedule
  • Theme
  • Room allocation information

Please ensure that you attend the correct room based on your assigned presentation session.

ONLINE PRESENTATION

The Online Presentation sessions are organized into multiple virtual rooms, such as:

  • KDM (P301A)
  • VAGB (P301B)
  • and others

Each online room includes:

  • Assigned participants
  • Presentation schedule
  • Theme
  • Dedicated Zoom meeting link for the session

Participants are requested to join the Zoom room according to their assigned presentation room and schedule. Please also use the official virtual background provided through the button below during the online presentation session.
