Journal Editor Forum is a dedicated session at PIBACc designed to support editors of nationally accredited journals in strengthening journal governance, editorial quality, and international visibility. The forum provides practical guidance on best practices in journal management, publication ethics, review processes, and strategic steps toward successful Scopus indexation. Facilitated by Prof. Hiram Ting, the session offers an interactive platform for editors to learn from international standards, share experiences, and discuss common challenges in developing high-quality, globally recognized academic journals.
The Journal Editor Forum will be held on Day 1 of the Conference, 22 May 2026.
Participation in the Journal Editor Forum is included as part of PIBACC registration. Participants may attend this forum either as paper presenters (with accepted submissions) or as non-presenting participants, ensuring equal access to the session’s academic and professional benefits.
