The Paper Development Workshop (PDW) is designed to support authors in strengthening their manuscripts for publication in reputable national and international journals. This session provides participants with structured, developmental feedback from experienced scholars and journal editors.

During the workshop, selected authors will have the opportunity to:
  • Receive focused feedback on research positioning, theoretical contribution, and clarity of arguments
  • Discuss methodological rigor and analytical approaches
  • Improve alignment between research questions, methods, and findings
  • Gain insights into common reviewer expectations and the journal review process
The PDW is particularly beneficial for early-career researchers and doctoral students, but is open to all conference participants seeking to enhance the publishability of their work. Participation in the Paper Development Workshop is limited to onsite attendees.

This year, Professor Hiram Ting, Prof. Kim Lim Tan, Prof. Iman Harymawan, (Airlangga University, Indonesia) and Associate Professor Halimin Herjanto (USA) will provide one-on-one developmental feedback for participants in the Paper Development Workshop.
